Legal Advisor in Mergers and Acquisitions

Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures/shareholder arrangements, and equity investments; Prepare and negotiate transaction documents including term sheets, share/asset purchase agreements, disclosure letters, joint venture/shareholder agreements, investment agreements, subscription agreements, and ancillary corporate documents; Conduct legal due diligence and supervise preparation of due diligence reports on legal matters; To work as part of a regional Corporate team and support partners where necessary.
